Replacement card shipping is underway. The holidays have made this process is a little slower but you will be receiving tracking information soon. We really appreciate your patience as we work to get the cards shipped. While you wait for your new physical card to arrive you can use your virtual Point Visa card:
- Mobile Wallet: Add the virtual card to your mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay) etc.
- Online Purchases: For any online purchases or within apps like Uber, Lyft, Doordash, etc.
- Auto Payments: You can use the virtual card on any debit card auto payments
Once your card is shipped, you should receive an email notification. Most cards arrive between 5 to 7 business days.
When you activate your new card, the old account and cards will be disabled. Additionally, you will also be issued a new routing and account number.
- As a reminder please update any account where you are using the previous routing and account numbers.
