- When will my physical PointCard arrive?
- We are shipping all new Visa PointCards within the coming weeks. Once your card has shipped, it will arrive in 3 business days at your address on file. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with this information.
- What are the steps to activate my new PointCard?
- When you receive your new card in the mail, navigate to the
CARDS
tab within Point app. There, you’ll see a new card, PointCard™ Neon, waiting to be activated. - When you tap to activate the new card, your funds will be automatically transferred from your current LendingClub account to a new Column account, and those funds will be available immediately to start using your new card.
- Will my Mastercard still work?
- When you activate your new Visa PointCard, your Mastercard PointCard will be deactivated automatically. However, your Mastercard will continue to work until you activate your new card.
- What is my new PointCard PIN?
- You will need to set a new PIN number for your new physical Visa PointCard. When you activate your new physical card inside Point app, you’ll also be prompted to set a new PIN number.
- How do I update my Apple Pay or Google Pay?

from the list of options - Copy your routing and account numbers and provide this new information to your payroll department or payroll management app.

- Inside Point app, navigate to the
CARDS
tab. Tap on your physical card or virtual card to access the card’s corresponding details. Use one of these new numbers to update your subscription payment information. We recommend using your virtual card for online payments for extra security.

- In celebration of our new cards and benefits, we’re doubling our standard rewards through December 31st, 2021. That means you’ll earn 10x on subscriptions, 6x on delivery and rideshare services, and 2x on all other purchases.
- Which card edition am I receiving?
- If you had Runway Yellow or Dam Orange previously, you will receive that same color. If you had one of the limited-edition Laura Berger cards which are no longer being produced, you will receive a Runway Yellow edition.
