Virtual Card PIN
Our virtual card does not require a PIN. In order to use it for tap to pay, you may skip the PIN entry. You can do this by pressing "Next", "Enter", "OK", or any other submission button on the payment system. If it you are still asked to enter in a PIN, please try 0000.
Set/Change your Physical Card PIN
If you have yet to set a PIN or would like to change your current one, use the following steps to set/change your PIN for your Physical Card.
1. Navigate to the "Cards" Tab within the Point App. Then tap on your Physical Card.
2. Tap on "Change PIN".
3. Enter your new PIN. Then tap "Set PIN".
