If you know your current password:
1. Navigate to the "Access" Tab within the Point App.
2. Tap on your Profile Photo on the top right corner of your screen.
3. Tap on "Change Password".
4. Enter your current password and the new desired password. Then Tap on "Confirm Change".
If you do not know your current password, reset your password:
1. Log out of your Point Account.
2. Tap on "SIGN IN" on the far top left corner of your screen.
3. Enter your phone number or Tap "OR SIGN IN WITH EMAIL". (Please note that this MUST be the e-mail or phone number associated with your Point account)
4. Enter your Verification Code.
5. Tap "RESET PASSWORD".
6. Fill in the the required fields and tap "Continue".
7. Create your new password and tap "Continue".
