If you are using Point to pay bills such as a car loan, rent, or mortgage, your payment may face processing issues. In these cases, we recommend connecting Point as a bank account rather than using your 16 digit debit card number.
You can find your Account and Routing Number by going to the Access Tab and tapping your Profile icon in the top right corner. Once there, you will see the option for Account and Routing Number.
All financial services are different so you will need to familiarize yourself with their systems to find where to input these numbers. In most cases, you'll be able to use these numbers to connect to your external account and transfer funds and make a payment. This is also the preferred option as many payment apps have a separate percentage charge when running a payment as credit or debit.
