Q: What is the deadline for transitioning to the new Point account?

Q: What happens if I don’t transition to the new Point account by the deadline?
A: If you don't opt-in by August 31st, 2020, your account will be closed. Any remaining funds will be mailed to you via check. Please note, sending a check could take 60 to 90 days due to pending charges that need to settle. If you want your funds more immediately, transfer to your linked bank account.
Q: I don’t want to transition to the new account, what do I do?
A: If you don't want to transition your account over and would like to close your Point account now, please contact email@example.com with the subject line: No transition | close my account.
Q: What happens to my old card when I transition?
A: Your old card and account will be deactivated and will no longer work as you will be issued a new account and card information upon transitioning to the new Point App.
Q: Will my account and routing number be the same?
A: No. Since you'll be getting a brand new Point account, you will have a new account and routing number as well.
Q: How do I access my funds during the transition?
A: Once you transition to your new Point account, you will immediately be issued a Virtual Card within Point App. You can add this Virtual Card to your mobile wallet and use it on any online transactions.
