When transferring money from third-party apps into your Point account, "instant" doesn't always mean immediately. We don't work with all the same transaction networks of these third-parties and therefore transfers may take longer than expected.
See Apple's FAQ on this topic. If you don't receive an instant transfer after 2 hours, or you don't receive a 1 to 3 business day transfer after 3 business days, please contact Apple.
If after 3 business days your deposit has not arrived in your Point account and Apple indicates that the transfer should be successful, please reach out to help@point.app.
