When transferring money into your Point account from third-party apps, "instant" doesn't always mean immediately. We don't work with all the same transaction networks as these third-parties and therefore transfers may take longer than expected.
See Apple's FAQ on this topic. If you don't receive an instant transfer after 2 hours, or you don't receive a 1 to 3 business day transfer after three business days, please contact Apple.
If after three business days your deposit has not arrived in your Point account and Apple indicates that the transfer should have been successful, please reach out to help@point.app.
